  • Step 1:
    Make an online booking

    Step 2:
    Make payment. You can:

    • Make credit card payment over the phone by contacting Council on 4221 6111 or
    • Make payment in person by visiting the Shellharbour Civic Centre.

    Remember to reference your booking number.

    Step 3:
    Put your bin on the kerb ready for your irregular collection.

    The collection will be completed in 1-2 business days.

  • 1-2 business days*

    *Bookings and payments made prior to midday (12:00pm) will be completed the following business day, otherwise collection of your bin/s will occur on the second working day.
