Moving into a newly-built home or development? It’s time to order your new waste bins!
Bin charges are payable through the council rates for the property.
Once a new waste service booking is received, your bins will be delivered within 5 business days. The rates will then be adjusted to reflect the new waste charges.
Important note:
- Only the property owner or managing agent can request a new waste service.
- To be eligible for a 240L bin package, all land rates associated with the property must be paid up to date.
