Dunmore Recycling and Waste Disposal Depot
Work is complete at the Dunmore Recycling and Waste Disposal Depot and we are open for business.
The Dunmore Resource Recovery redevelopment saw the construction of a new transfer station and FOGO organics processing facility. These improvements will make it possible for Council to provide a more efficient service and achieve environmental outcomes by diverting 75% of the waste received at the site from landfill.
The new all weather transfer station is configured with clearly marked bays for the disposal of recyclable and waste materials. Extra staff will be available at the existing station to assist customers. Everyone's cooperation is appreciated.
Please be patient with staff and other patrons during this transition. All efforts will be made to reduce the impact on customers during this time.
